We are looking for a Technical Projects Coordinator / Scrum Master to join our team. This role is critical in managing and coordinating technical projects, ensuring effective team schedules, maintaining quality standards through testing, and driving successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives & timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and actionable plans for development teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove technical and organizational impediments to ensure smooth sprint progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage technical backlogs effectively.
- Adjust schedules to accommodate shifting priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor team workloads and reallocate tasks to maintain balanced productivity.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing protocols and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee and participate in testing technical deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication of goals and progress.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to manage complex technical challenges.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong background working with software development or technical teams in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and modern tech stacks.
