We are glad we’ve had the opportunity to cooperate with Samba; the biggest financial group in Saudi Arabia to launch their very first virtual assistant “Ghala” to support their customer service team and assist all users by responding to their inquiries whether through text-based messages or voice messages on Twitter and WhatsApp.
Ghala is equipped to answer all inquiries about the services and products offered by Samba, and we have trained her to respond to different dialects and accents through Natural Language Processing (NLP) feature we have embedded within our platform, and to provide complete customer service to Samba’s customers, Ghala helps users locate the closest branch to their shared location.
