Job Summary:
Assisting customers in defining their requirements and selecting the appropriate products and services by serving as a technical expert in customer presentations and preparing the relevant technical and commercial proposals and follow through until deal closing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer needs and making sales presentations.
- Liaising with the sales and marketing team to undertake demand-generation activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
- Creating impressive demos for clients that are aligned with the client’s business objectives.
- Helping close sales opportunities.
- Preparing responses to RFIs and RFPs completion.
- Contributing to product development by analyzing between market needs
- Researching market needs and sharing insights with technology and marketing teams.
- Articulating the technical capabilities of the products, attending and/or performing technical demonstrations.
- Providing technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products.
- Influencing, persuading, and negotiating with stakeholders in customer organizations.
- Developing excellent working relationships with partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Education / Professional Qualifications:
- Education Degree: Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering or related fields.
- Years of Experience: Not less than 3 years of experience within a related field.
Expertise & Skills:
- Excellent command of oral and written English & Arabic.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and tools.
- Communication skills.
- Advanced technical expertise.
- Advanced sales and consulting skills.
