Job Summary:

Assisting customers in defining their requirements and selecting the appropriate products and services by serving as a technical expert in customer presentations and preparing the relevant technical and commercial proposals and follow through until deal closing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer needs and making sales presentations.
• Liaising with the sales and marketing team to undertake demand-generation activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
• Creating impressive demos for clients that are aligned with the client’s business objectives.
• Helping close sales opportunities.
• Preparing responses to RFIs and RFPs completion.
• Contributing to product development by analyzing between market needs
• Researching market needs and sharing insights with technology and marketing teams.
• Articulating the technical capabilities of the products, attending and/or performing technical demonstrations.
• Providing technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products.
• Influencing, persuading, and negotiating with stakeholders in customer organizations.
• Developing excellent working relationships with partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Education / Professional Qualifications:

• Education Degree: Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering or related fields.
• Years of Experience: Not less than 3 years of experience within a related field.

Expertise & Skills:

• Excellent command of oral and written English & Arabic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and tools.
• Communication skills.
• Advanced technical expertise.
• Advanced sales and consulting skills.
