Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times, building strong and sustainable relationships through open and proactive communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand services within existing accounts.
- Retain and grow client accounts by developing account strategies and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback, anticipate needs, and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels (email, phone, meetings, presentations).
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, customer success, and support) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and insights on product usage, performance, and added value.
- Develop account plans, set growth objectives, and monitor progress toward achieving them.
- Keep detailed records of account interactions, opportunities, renewals, and contract details in the CRM.
- Represent the voice of the client internally by sharing feedback to improve processes, products, and services.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts and align with finance on billing and account-related matters.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding growth/retention targets.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities and business needs.
- Comfortable with technology, data-driven reporting, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and consultative approach.
